I also had the opportunity to take knowledge sharing sessions, mentoring and coaching my as well as other teams and carrying out their performance review and taking responsibility of their work. As a part of my profile I had to co-ordinate, work-closely with in-country audit teams across the Europe and manage relationship with them and also selling our capabilities to these teams.
