About Megha Goel
I’m a researcher focused on how people make sense of the systems they encounter, particularly when those systems influence attention, emotion, or choice. My work looks at interpretation and context, and how meaning shifts across cultures, languages, and lived experience.Alongside applied research, I work with systems and interactions as material. I design and study forms that reveal how people respond to language, constraints, and uncertainty, and I use those insights to inform decisions about how systems are shaped, communicated, and used. This work supports clarity and direction without oversimplifying the realities people bring with them.I’m motivated by research that increases people’s agency and supports teams in building products that feel legible, considered, and grounded in the lives they touch.
