Inclusive Development Pvt Ltd is a craft-based social enterprise, here we create sustainable home decor range made out of natural fibre.Creating consistent and dignified jobs at the bottom of the pyramid while ensuring a delightful customer experience is our goal. We are currently working with more than 150 artisans directly in Balasore and Mayurbhanj districts and are helping them in understanding contemporary/urban tastes and preferences at the same time retaining the art forms history and legacy.We complement their skills and art of embellishment with modern designs and ideas to create a rich spectrum of products that meet the needs of the urban audience.My work gives me the opportunity to interact with a diverse set of people and play various important roles. I manage overall operations which includes; product research and development, design workshop conduction in craft clusters, vendor and customer relationship management, talent acquisition and retention and social media handling.Key Accomplishments:1. Won among the two awarded for the \"best startup\" category by Odisha Govt at MSME International Fair 20192. Selected for the final round of \" Youth Innovation Fund\"3.
