Participate in every aspect of D365 F&O the implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring the software application to meet the customer’s needs. • Research and evaluate technical information to design, develop cases and test Microsoft Dynamics applications thoroughly. • Develop test data, process and model to evaluate the performance, functionality and reliability of the designed systems.• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of business processes. • Provide in-depth knowledge of D365 F&O and evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality. • Demonstrate experience in use of the prescribed Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodology and focus on clear understanding of key activities and deliverables. • Document business requirements, process, actions and solution description. • Configure and customize the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve business requirements. • Facilitate the customer’s decision-making process and develop the functional design document that will drive the development process (if modifications/customizations are required, either to processes or to the Microsoft Dynamics application. • Conduct acceptance testing and train customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application. • Understand challenges and risks when implementing vertical applications.
