I’m a self-driven HR professional managing all core HR functions independently at my current workplace. My responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, attendance & leave management, employee engagement, grievance handling, basic payroll processes, and performance tracking.Although I work without a formal HR team, I’ve learned to handle real-time challenges through observation, practical problem-solving, and consistent learning.
