Covered Crucial content gaps and created content that added value and addressed customer pain points.2) Brand AwarenessUsing platforms such as LinkedIn to create brand awareness for the brand and all its offerings. Presently generating over 10k impressions per month.3) Customer RelationsEngaging with existing clients and finding out opportunities where our products and services can be improved. Evaluating Customer experience and creating case studies to be presented to potential clients.4) Email MarketingTaking a different approach to Email Marketing and focusing on providing value to subscribers, both formally and informally.
