Notable Achievements: • Strategically leading the build on our new sq. ft. state-of-the-art headquarters, including architectural design, contractor management, access control, security, audio/video, marketing, purchasing, furniture layout, and move-in planning. • Led M&A projects for 3 purchases and 1 buy out • Fueled business sales by 156% in 2022, by moving customers to our new flagship Enroll software. • Transitioned over 46 customers in 2022, from end-of-life products to increase profitability and reallocate resources. • Led process improvement strategies with existing staff, focused on contract management and systems integration. • Initiated and collaborated with HR on employee loyalty systems and local partnerships to achieve three key objectives related to local recruiting opportunities, retaining talent, and enhancing office and remote employee morale.
