About Meg Fussell

Reading about cell and gene therapy breakthroughs in my M.S. classes still gives me that \"mind blown\" feeling. It\'s science fiction becoming reality, and that excitement drives me every day as I unwaveringly tackle cell and gene therapy challenges with creative problem-solving and process integrity. Whether it\'s collaborating on predictive tools for cell growth calculations or designing equipment solutions after failures, I bring both innovation and dependability to complex challenges.I\'m the person you call when you need help. When a bioreactor needs transfecting at midnight, I\'m the person who finds a way to be there. When process parameters change unexpectedly between projects, I\'m vigilant about the details that keep critical processes on track. Running countless 250L suspension bioreactor batches taught me that the little details are essential when teams and patients depend on getting it right.Drawing from my experience in peer tutoring, event coordination and hospitality, I bring strong communication skills and creative approaches to process development challenges. I\'m excited to be part of solving the technical challenges that make breakthroughs possible. Looking to connect with organizations that value a get-it-done attitude and share a passion for making science fiction a reality through life-changing therapies.
