About Meg Branson

I am an HR Partner supporting the global Quality, Lean and Environment, Health and Safety organizations for GE Gas Power. I previously worked in Global Supply Chain HR, as the HR Partner for GE Gas Power\'s Bangor, Maine turbine component manufacturing facility. I completed my third and final rotation of GE\'s Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP) in Bangor in this role and graduated from the program in July 2018. In my second HRLP rotation, I served as Employee Resource Manager supporting GE Power Services North America and Product Line Engineering as well as Finance. For my first HRLP rotation, I was a compensation analyst and worked on annual equity, salary and bonus planning; adverse impact analyses; and introduction of a variable compensation plan to about employees.I earned my MBA from Vanderbilt\'s Owen Graduate School of Management in 2016. I concentrated in Human and Organizational Performance and strategy.
