I am a food safety specialist with experience in Food Safety, Regulatory, & Quality Assurance within USDA and FDA sectors. I have an extensive history of working in the food processing industry from harvest to value-added products as well as production, shipping/logistics, and scheduling experience. While the majority of my career has been in the poultry and egg business, I am willing to learn and grow in any business. I am a sister of Alpha Delta Pi, member of Alpha Zeta, and recipient of the Girl Scout Bronze, Silver, & Gold Awards.When I’m not on the job, I enjoy reading a good book, spending time with family & friends, and exploring new places.
