I\'m a seasoned Brand marketer, passionate about strategy, creativity and people. Strategy: I think deeply about Brand architecture, personality, and how to build a longterm strategy tied to business goals that individual tactics can support. I\'m an evidence-based marketer, but also trust my gut when I\'m building something new or undefined. I build and articulate clear rationale for my team\'s work and probably ask \"why\" the same amount of times as a toddler does in a day. Creativity: Initially interested in TV production (shout out to my college gameshow producer roots), I love leading work with creative partners that delivers on a strategic vision. I\'m a huge fan of a brainstorm,\"is this crazy?\" thinking and am one of those people that writes down campaign ideas at odd moments when inspiration strikes. I\'m an \"ideas\" person, and love working with creative to bring them to life. People: I\'m a trained and experienced people leader who has managed through both good and challenging situations and still love it. I am passionate about creating and maintaining team culture and care deeply about not only direct reports but partners and broader teammates. I believe relationships are what really drives good work, and want to know people for who they are not just what they do.
