Hi there! I’m Megan, a people-first Customer Advocacy and Marketing professional based in Orange County. I have nearly a decade of experience in the B2B SaaS space, with a career spanning sales enablement, operations, customer success, communications, and advocacy. When I stepped into my first customer advocacy role in 2019, I knew I had found the right fit. I believe the best marketing comes directly from the voice of the customer, and I’m passionate about building programs that nurture authentic relationships, inspire advocacy, and ultimately drive revenue.At F5, I lead global Customer Marketing and Advocacy initiatives. I launched and scaled our first-ever advocacy program, now 500+ members strong, and manage storytelling, customer references, and strategic engagement across events, product marketing, and sales. I thrive on cross-functional collaboration, bringing internal teams and customers together to tell stories that inspire action and drive growth.I’m especially passionate about how AI can elevate customer advocacy — accelerating output, improving customer targeting, and measuring impact more intelligently — all while ensuring the human element remains at the heart of every story.
