ABOUT MEGAN W.

I’m passionate about creating workplaces where people feel valued, supported and able to do their best work. With over 10 years’ experience in HR, culture and communications, I’ve focused my career on helping organisations grow through their people.I’m CIPD qualified (Level 3) and working towards Level 5 in People Management, with a focus on HR strategy, leadership and global people operations.Currently, I’m HR Executive at Wilderness - a conservation hospitality company protecting over 6 million acres of land. Having that sense of purpose matters to me: I get to support 250 employees across three UK brands while contributing to a mission that safeguards wildlife and communities.I’ve introduced HRIS systems, streamlined processes, and led wellbeing and DEI initiatives that boost engagement and retention. I also speak on equity and inclusion (BBC Radio, BBC Podcasts, EnvisionAir, Reimagination at Work, BrightonSEO) and published Flourish (2023), a guide for ethnic minorities and marginalised groups navigating the workplace.I’m also a proud alumna of Glenmoor & Winton Academy, where I return each year to deliver careers and DEI sessions.
