Maybe things aren’t actually broken. They just got a little off. That’s where I show up. I work with teams to figure out why something feels harder than it should—where things slow down, get tangled, or drift off track—and help them find a better path forward. Most issues aren’t one big thing. They show up in the gaps—handoffs, processes, and small breakdowns that add up. That’s usually where the work is. I spend most of my time talking with teams and looking at how things actually work day to day—not just how they were supposed to. From there, we figure it out together. Along the way, I’ve:Cut onboarding ramp time by ~25% Helped improve retention from 23% to 77% Built tools and resources used by prospective students Stepped into messy processes and helped them run the way they should I’m a big believer that when things make sense, people can do their best work.
