I am a Supervisor on the Equity and Option Trade Support team. We work to resolve trade disputes and minimize trade-related exposure to the company by partnering with market centers and brokerage operation groups. Previously, I was a trader on the Block and Option desk at Vanguard. We partnered with our brokerage clients to discuss strategies that fit their investment objectives and facilitate the trading of large equity orders, foreign securities, and options. Prior to joining the desk, I participated in a leadership development program and rotated across several departments at Vanguard. My rotations allowed me to focus on developing investment acumen, fund accounting knowledge, and client service skills. During these rotations, I ran several projects to analyze and provide recommendations on cross-training programs, crew feedback programs, and business partnerships. My career in brokerage began as a result of my strong interest in the markets and passion for learning. I graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor\'s degree in finance and a data analytics certificate.
