About Megan Thompson
I believe in the power of communication to create an engaged company culture. Over the years, I’ve worked with a variety of tech companies to launch employee feedback surveys, revamp intranets, design compelling training programs, and imagine employee communications for a more dispersed workforce. My goal is to give employees the information they need to feel connected to their workplace. To that end, I’ve written user guides to benefits programs (explaining the difference between an HSA and an FSA), detailed how new company policies impact employees, and redesigned intranets to be more user-friendly. I’ve also built employee recognition programs, used feedback surveys to design new training, and built out new hire onboarding with a focus on employee experience. In my spare time, I like to hike, cook, and quilt. I graduated from Penn State and started my career in journalism.
