About Megan Gump
I started at Charles Schwab in the Financial Consultant Academy, a rigorous program that was created to train young professionals to be in the branch and one day become Financial Consultants. I spent 10 months on Schwab\'s 24/7 service line answering nearly phone calls from our clients regarding all of their service needs. I then transitioned to our broker line where I helped place trades for clients and discuss trading relating questions. My second to last rotation was on our Pinnacle service team, where I was a direct point of contact for our high net worth clients. My final rotation, I was on our Investor Development Team, calling out to our new & unengaged clients to see what Charles Schwab could do for them. In July of 2022, I joined the Woodfield Crossing branch as their Financial Consultant Partner. I am worked directly with two senior level financial consultants to help grow their book of clients and service their existing clients. In March of 2023, I transitioned to the Investment Consultant role where I assisted our unassigned clients through advice, account management, and service. Now, I am a Senior Specialist in Charles Schwab’s High Net Worth department - solely focusing on our HNW clients and their financial needs.
