I obtained my BBA in Accounting and BA in Political Science at Southern Methodist University. I worked as an intern at PwC in their Tax Private Company and Personal Financial Services practice. I worked as an internal auditor at Trinity Industries in the Internal Audit Department. I attended Southern Methodist University at the Cox School of Business for my Masters of Science in Accounting. I was employed with PwC as a Financial Statement Auditor in the Private Company Services Practice in Dallas for 4 years. As an audit professional, I have experience working with clients in the specific industries of Expositions and Trade Shows, Entertainment Centers, Renewable Energy (wind farms), Technology Solutions, Technology Hardware, Plastics Distribution, Aerospace Supply Chain Management and Telecom/VoIP. I was the Technical Accounting Director at Vizient, Inc. focusing on revenue recognition and other relevant technical accounting issues. I was a Project Lead overseeing the implementation of the Workday ERP for the Order to Cash Cycle. I am now the Senior Director of Revenue Cycle and Technical Accounting. I manage a Team of ~19 FTE with additional project based contractors. I collaborate regularly with the leaders of other Accounting Departments, FP & A, Corporate Development, Sales, Client Management, Business Operations & Technology.
