After communicating to the Director of Human Resources how a new system may resolve several issues, I researched alternatives and selected 3 candidates. I developed strategic questions to gain more knowledge about how each system could potentially relieve some of our biggest challenges. When the decision was made on our new system, I personally led the implementation process. I worked side-by-side with the HRIS team to ensure timelines were established and verified data accuracy. I was then able to effectively train staff and leadership on the new HRIS system. Bonus: saved my organization $50K annually.
