My responsibilities include advising students pursuing a degree in Psychology on academic policies and procedures, monitoring degree progress and maintaining confidentiality of student records; collaborating with colleagues in Advising, throughout the College and across Penn State as needed to further unit goals; participating in College and University programs including undergraduate orientation, recruitment events and other initiatives; contributing to advising committees and/or working groups related to areas that may include student success, diversity and inclusion, assessment and evaluation, academic policies and/or staff development; and representing the College at on- and off-campus events and programs such as LinkUP, Spend a Summer Day, Accepted Students Program, and more.
