HR leader with more than a decade of experience building people operations for technology, e-commerce, and consulting organizations. Most recently, I served as HR Business Partner at ARK Solutions, leading global HR and Talent Acquisition across the U.S. and India, including talent acquisition, HR operations, compensation/benefits, performance management, and immigration support. Prior to that, I spent six years at a data analytics consulting firm, working directly with executive leadership on compensation, global policies, performance management, and employee engagement. My strengths sit at the intersection of operations and culture. I’ve managed payroll and benefits programs, built performance frameworks, reduced turnover, and helped companies scale across multiple states and countries. At the same time, I focus heavily on employee relations, leadership coaching, and creating high-trust, accountable teams.I hold a Master’s degree in Organizational Learning and Leadership, along with GPHR and Certified Professional Coach credentials.
