I\'m passionate about education, analyzing problems, and effective communication. I get excited about transformative learning experiences, powerful writing, effective evaluation, translating data into solutions, creative problem-solving, and building a better world. Since my undergrad in gender studies and political science at the University of British Columbia, I\'ve pursued opportunities that have allowed to me integrate my interests and keep growing. An M.A. in Educational Studies helped me to understand how and why we learn, while my thesis built my skills in research, writing, and adult education.I have been working in adult education since 2017 and found that workplace training presented some fascinating problems to solve. I made an impact through program design, digital transformations, change management, conflict engagement, leadership development, integrating DEI, and optimizing compliance training.Education, community, media and creativity drive my personal projects and volunteering. Writing is a consistent feature of my life, whether I\'m putting together an academic journal, a blog, or a poem. No matter what else I am doing, you can be sure that I am always learning.
