ABOUT MEGAN P.
Leading with ImpactI thrive in fast-paced environments where challenges push me to grow and find creative solutions. I’ve learned that leading well isn’t just about hitting goals. It’s about building workplaces where people feel empowered, supported, and set up for success. When you invest in people, the results follow. Real impact happens when collaboration, strategy, and leadership come together.Working SmarterI believe in working with intention. Whether it’s using technology, streamlining processes, or challenging outdated systems, I’ve found that clarity and efficiency unlock results. I enjoy turning chaos into strategy, but it’s strong teams that drive performance. My focus is always on building environments that help people succeed. From the Ground UpI wasn’t handed opportunities. I built them. Growing up with limited resources, I had to get creative. Without access to a traditional four-year degree, I leaned into adaptability, curiosity, and hard work to create my own path. Each step in my career was intentional. I treated every role as a chance to learn and grow. I’ve worked my way up, starting in operations, which gives me a clear understanding of what it takes to succeed at every level. That experience shapes how I lead with both strategy and practicality. In 2022, I was diagnosed with cancer. That experience reshaped how I think about leadership. It reminded me that people come first and that empathy, presence, and resilience matter more than titles or timelines.I carry those lessons with me every day.Beyond WorkI’m fueled by meaningful conversations, time with the people I love, and a little adventure. My boyfriend, friends, and family keep me grounded. My pets keep things interesting. The dogs and cats in our house are convinced they’re in charge, and honestly, they might be right.Travel is my reset. Exploring new places and cultures stretches my thinking and sharpens the flexibility I bring into leadership.Driving Meaningful ChangeI do my best work in environments where innovation, growth, and people-centered impact matter. I care about results, but more than that, I care about the people behind them. My goal has never been just to hit the target. It’s to build something that lasts. What stays with people isn’t always what you do. It’s how you show up, how you lead, and the impact you leave behind.
