My work centers on diagnosing friction at the executive level, strengthening decision-making structures, and helping organizations build the internal coherence required to scale high-consequence initiatives.I co-founded Perrarus Solutions, Inc, a boutique consulting firm and government contractor, where I have supported leadership teams across advanced energy, AI-enabled infrastructure, maritime and naval systems, manufacturing, and supply chain transformation. In these roles, I operate alongside senior leaders on organizational design, strategic alignment, partner integration, and operating effectiveness, particularly in environments where technical complexity and governance constraints intersect.My work often sits at the seam between technology, infrastructure, and leadership behavior. I am frequently engaged to help organizations translate vision into clear priorities, integrate new capabilities or partners, and prepare leadership teams for growth, investment, or mission delivery without creating execution drag.Previously, at HII–Newport News Shipbuilding, I contributed to the policy framework and long-range strategic roadmap for the Columbia-class submarine, supporting senior stakeholders in aligning technical ambition, regulatory realities, and enterprise decision-making for the U.S. Navy’s next-generation nuclear deterrent. I have also advised commercial organizations nationwide on operating effectiveness and organizational resilience, helping leaders improve performance and decision quality at scale.I earned my bachelor’s degree while serving in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear technician and later completed my master’s degree at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University while earning my private pilot’s license.Outside of work, my husband of 20 years and I balance leadership careers with raising our three daughters and exploring the country by air in our Piper Seneca. I am a Navy veteran, military spouse, mother, entrepreneur — and a firm believer that strong operating systems are what turn ambition into durable results.

Work spans domestic and international program development, capital formation coordination, strategic partner engagement, and ensuring execution continuity across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.Current portfolio includes domestic energy campus development, international data center and infrastructure initiatives, and integration of defense and intelligence community requirements into commercial infrastructure development frameworks.
