Achievement highlights include, but are not limited to: ↔ Adding +120 team members during a high-level personnel change while driving improvements to processes, performance and team culture. ↔ Managing Tier 1 brand relationships, including field operation partnership with Target to open Ulta Beauty in stores with +350 successful openings in 2021/2022. ↔ Optimizing salon performance, increasing average tickets by 18%, and productivity by 11%.
