Trained/coached 250+ Sales VPs through representatives on their Gallup Strengths, Manager Insights, and Sales Insights. • Drive the performance management process: performance reviews, goal setting and coaching, motivating, and counseling employees and teams to perform against organizational goals. • Deploy innovative culture and retention strategies achieving a highly capable and engaged workforce. • Coach leaders on creating an open and transparent environment to drive optimal outcomes with policies and procedures that position the organization for success. • Leverage analytics to build links between strategy, organization needs, business process, and performance. • Apply an iterative approach to solutions via feedback loops for continuous improvement that develop the HR infrastructure to supports growth.
