Experience including but not limited to Ticketmaster, AXS, Paciolan/TicketsWest, Tessitura, Eventbrite, Etix, TicketWeb, etc.• Focuses on increasing revenue with attention to pricing initiatives such as flex pricing, dynamic pricing, platinum pricing, and monitoring holds daily.• Assists clients, Ticketmaster rep, and Live Nation rep with event programming, ticket holds, ticket accounts, and other ticket details.• Communicates regularly and assists internal departments and external event personnel with any ticketing needs and concerns.• Acts as box office representative and venue/artist liaison at select events across North America. • Supervises and trains ticketing department staff: Ticketing Manager and Ticketing Assistant.
