I\'m passionate about helping busy Professionals feel more confident in their skin. I found at-home fitness and nutrition as a busy HR Professional. I\'ve not only been consistent on my journey for 6.5 years, I\'ve made it my job as a Coach to support others to do the same! I lead a Confidence Club and it\'s my mission to help others STOP yo-yo\'ing once and for all with wellness programs that fit into their busy lives.

I started at-home fitness and nutrition programs as a busy professional. I wanted to feel more confident in my skin. I was constantly on the go but craved my energy. But, I had limited time due to my commute and busy work schedule. I got incredible results with at-home programs and online community support, so I started sharing this solution with other busy professionals. My personal journey turned part-time hobby turned full-time career switch.As a BODi partner, I support other busy professionals to get results from the comfort of their home on their schedules. I help participants find the right program(s) tailored to their individual goals and lead a Confidence Club Virtual Group to help participants stay accountable, motivated, and inspired. This Confidence Club is full of busy men and women just like you and me.My Coaching business and team continue to grow with men and women who value the flexibility of helping others from home and continually becoming the best versions of themselves. I work with Customers who want help and support with fitness and nutrition. And, I work with new Coaches who want to make their passion for health their career.
