In my current role as Senior Director, Brand and Communications for Chamberlain Group, I steer the company\'s brand strategy, provide long-term vision for our brands’ evolution, and lead the the overall execution of the internal and external communications strategy.Over my 15+ years of experience in strategic communications, change management, and brand strategy, I\'ve learned that when executed well, communications and brand can excite both customers and employees, transform culture, and generate business growth through impactful storytelling. With a proven track record of developing award-winning teams and always leading with transparency and authenticity, the pairing of my leadership style and industry expertise result in high performing Communications and Brand functions that deliver bold, creative content and positive outcomes.Outside the corporate environment, health and wellbeing are lifelong passions of mine. I hold two certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a personal fitness trainer and a group fitness instructor. Balance is critical to success in any profession and my pursuits outside my primary career path make me a stronger, more adaptable, and empathetic leader.
