About Megan Maus
I love to dig into data, stories and journeys to optimize products and enhance end user experiences. I accomplish this by practicing empathy in my daily conversations with users and stakeholders and collaborating closely with engineers, designers, architects, users and senior leaders. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing unique perspectives. I am an accomplished liaison between technical teams and senior business leaders and have designed solutions to scale across multiple systems, millions of data records and thousands of end users. My super power is my desire to learn and evolve.Beyond product management, I am passionate about Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, having founded Women in Worldwide Revenue Operations (WWRO) at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2018. I am also a graduate of the Leadership Tomorrow (LT) 2023 cohort in Seattle, which is a program that educates, inspires, connects and catalyzes cross-sector leaders to work together for collective impact. LT\'s vision is a resilient and equitable region where people from all communities and identities thrive.Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family, experiencing live music, exploring all the Pacific Northwest has to offer, practicing yoga/pilates/mindful meditation, trying new recipes and visiting new places as often as possible.Professional Skills:Product Management | Product Development | Program Management | Project Management | UX Research | Information & Data Architecture | Stakeholder Collaboration | Driving Cross-Functional Alignment | Amazon Writing | Data Analysis | Product Roadmap Development | Agile Development | Enterprise Software | Salesforce Certified Administrator | AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner | Nielsen Norman UX Certified | Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging
