I love to dig into data, stories and journeys to optimize products and enhance end user experiences. I accomplish this by practicing empathy in my daily conversations with users and stakeholders and collaborating closely with engineers, designers, architects, users and senior leaders. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing unique perspectives. I am an accomplished liaison between technical teams and senior business leaders and have designed solutions to scale across multiple systems, millions of data records and thousands of end users. I am also a graduate of the Leadership Tomorrow (LT) 2023 cohort in Seattle, which is a program that educates, inspires, connects and catalyzes cross-sector leaders to work together for collective impact.
