Manage department work flow by assigning jobs for cutlist to each engineer based on availability, job level & individual goal\\\\n• Monitor production & engineering calendars carefully so that engineering team remains on track & ahead of production deadlines\\\\n• Delegate jobs with special order items to members of the engineering team based on job priority & engineer availability\\\\n• Assign due dates for folders with special orders & check job calendar daily to ensure engineering team stays within lead times\\\\n• Coordinate special orders with customer service department, purchasing department & shop\\\\n• Review, correct & sign off on special orders produced by members of the engineering team\\\\n• Onboard new engineers & remain available to assist & guide members of the engineering team with any assembly, CAD, protocol, cutlist, or special order questions & issues they may have\\\\n• Provide new hires with the resources they need to be successful in their roles & clarify the tasks & goals related to the engineering position\\\\n• Prepare and host presentations in discussions with corporate in regards to improving the functionality & efficiency of CADPro\\\\n• Train engineers for recently developed franchises to ensure they are familiar with engineering procedures & standards so that there is consistency between franchises\\\\n• Continue to educate engineers from new franchises during their on site visits with one on one training\\\\n• Maintain individual cutlist goals & special order responsibilities of a Senior Project Engineer while mentoring junior team members & managing department work flow\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
