Tax attorney with extensive domestic and international experience. CA certified tax specialist. Licensed in California, Washington D.C, Texas, New York and Wyoming. My practice centers around tax planning for businesses and individuals, including in the private and public capital areas. For businesses, I advise on basic corporate work, domestic and international tax planning, capital raises, mergers and acquisitions and business transactions. For individuals, the work I do centers around income and estate tax planning, but also includes residency issues, investment structures and succession decisions. I\'m a former seasoned investment banker who has advised companies on public and private financing, mergers and acquisitions, and new ventures. Years of working with technology companies (and having grown up in Silicon Valley) has given me a solid grounding in that industry and its ever changing evolution. I\'ve worked with those in many other industries too! I have done extensive tax planning in the blockchain/digital asset and energy industries, the latter under the Inflation Reduction Act.Adjunct professor at Loyola and USC law schools.
