I’m a nonprofit professional and project strategist with 10 years of experience in fundraising, grants management, and strategic operations. My work centers on building systems that support long-term funding success — from prospecting and research to narrative development, impact tracking, and post-award reporting.As the Grants and Impact Manager at the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra, I lead our grant portfolio strategy and oversee the full lifecycle of funding opportunities. By enhancing internal workflows and implementing scalable research and reporting systems, I’ve helped streamline prospect identification and significantly reduce the time spent on routine reporting, allowing more time for relationship-building and strategic planning.My career spans both nonprofit development and project management.
