About Megan Leah Serbin

I believe that people work for people. Great leadership in the workplace is about showing an individual the value that they bring to the team, along with providing them with the tools for development and growth opportunities. I grew up in California and fell in love with the fashion Industry. While I was working in Retail Management, I completed my Associate of Arts Degree in Fashion Design at FIDM in San Francisco. I continued to work in Retail Management for many years. In 2014, I decided to switch careers and went into Health Care Administration as a Clinic Administrator. The Clinical Administrator role was a perfect fit for me because of the high-level customer service that clinicians and their support team provide when giving treatment choices for quality of care to patients. I really thrived in this environment. Everyday I went to work knowing I had a stake in taking care of the community and it felt really good. I Recently completed my Bachelors of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration, on March thirteenth of 2023. Today, I am ready to re-enter the work force once again, whether it is a leadership role in a clinic, office environment, or behind the scenes. I am looking for a new role where I can be make a valuable impact and be part of a team.
