Passionate.I\'m a proud two-time graduate of Rutgers University, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Communication and Media, with a concentration in Public Relations. I’m also set to graduate from the New Jersey Certified Public Manager (CPM) program in August 2025, further strengthening my leadership skills and commitment to effective, ethical public service.My journey in public service began in 2016 as an intern in Mayor John E. McCormac’s administration. Since then, I\'ve worked my way up to become the Deputy Director of Communications for Woodbridge Township, New Jersey’s seventh-largest municipality—home to over residents across ten distinct communities.In this role, I oversee messaging and communications that span everything from public safety updates to community events and initiatives. I work closely with Township leadership, departments, and our local TV-35 station to keep residents informed, engaged, and connected. No two days are ever the same, and that’s what I love about the government communications field.Public service isn’t just what I do, it’s what I believe in. I’m especially passionate about closing the “I didn’t know” gap by making local government more visible, accessible, and human. For me, it’s all about fostering well-informed, engaged communities where residents feel connected to the decisions and services that shape their everyday lives.Most recently, I was honored to be appointed to the New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority by Assembly Speaker Craig J. Coughlin, where I now serve as a board member supporting NJPBS’s mission to provide trusted, high-quality public programming across the state.I aspire to inspire through communication that makes a difference.
