Established and led the \'Run the Engine\' project to govern cybersecurity issues across all 5 Dealer subdivisions- Helped establish a process to proactively address ongoing cybersecurity issues and centralized pivotal vulnerability information and remediation strategies- Ensured Dealer division was the first division to reach compliance on all cyber and tech initiatives with a completion of 16 critical projects and 10 initiatives in 2023- Successfully completed 93 projects from 20••••22, while managing 29 initiatives in 2023- Collaborated on a centralized reporting dashboard to address Dealer cybersecurity vulnerabilities, resulting in a dramatic reduction from 19% to 5.3% over 2022- Instigated a bimonthly knowledge-sharing forum for Project Managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and proactive vulnerability remediation strategies- Worked with security officers and cybersecurity team to improve processes and gain clarity about specific needs- Steered a team of four developers, driving project execution from conception to delivery.
