ABOUT MEGAN KEIKO K.
I am a highly motivated team player who loves learning and taking on new and exciting challenges. Currently, I\'m at a software development consulting start-up where lead teams of engineers in the SaaS cloud ERP software for inventory, sales, procurement, and financial software modules for the automotive industry. I wear multiple hats where I am the project manager on large cross functional epics led by our team as well as the SME my team goes to for any technical questions. Furthermore, I work very closely with the product owners, product managers, and QAs cross functionally to create better products and to help with sprint planning, technical priorities, and dependencies. Previously, I was at a fortune 100 company where I managed a team of front and back end engineers and analyzed and developed efficient software development lifecycle processes to ensure development projects met the company\'s requirements and goals in a timely manner. I also ran and closely monitored all agile scrum ceremonies and JIRA to ensure everyones\' voices are heard and no one is blocked. Prior to that, I was at another SaaS ERP cloud startup, where I had a similar software management role at a smaller scale customer wise but amassed a tremendous amount of business acumen since I was in the first 100 employees and helped it grow to 500+ over four years. I was also a software developer for a few years prior where I honed my strategic and technical skillset. I have a multitude of experience in cloud ERP, telecommunications, and healthcare industries, serving all roles in a development scrum team as well as a deep understanding of business side of supply chain and the procure to pay process. Alongside my career in software, I\'m a fitness coach for Orangetheory, run with dogs, and own a luxury dog sitting & walking company. I also volunteer on the HOA board in my community and help upkeep the highline canal on a regular basis. I love to spend time with my family and dog, play tennis, run, lift, cycle, ski, cook, and do home remodel in my free time.
