Megan W. Gerhardt, Ph.D. is a workplace generational expert and Professor of Management and Leadership at the Farmer School of Business, as well as the founder of Gentelligence, a workplace movement to leverage age and generational diversity as a source of opportunity. Megan has published widely on generational differences in the workplace and is author of the book Gentelligence: A Revolutionary Approach to Leading an Intergenerational Workforce. Her Gentelligence work has been featured in Harvard Business Review, NBCNews.com, The Washington Post, The Chicago Tribune, The San Francisco Chronicle, MarketWatch, The Houston Chronicle, and Inc.
