In my role as Head of Marketing Operations and Communications, I work to increase awareness of the ZEISS brand as well as microscopy products and customer care offerings in the U.S. and Canada, driving lead generation. I partner with our business sector marketing team to focus on executing local activities in fulfillment of the our strategic marketing plan. In addition, I am a member of the Global Marketing Council (GMC) to help shape global marketing communication initiatives and then work to implement these strategies into the local markets. The primary KPI of my role is the creation of opportunities for both the sales and service organizations, as well as ensure consistent communications through proper use of the ZEISS brand.
