   OVERALL IMPACT: Championed delivery and influencing and leading technical teams and internal and external stakeholders in design and development projects that promotes collaboration and teamwork toward a common vision and mission + building partnerships between different parties so we can achieve a common goal.DAY-TO-DAY: Responsible for managing a team of user experience designers who research, design, and deliver products and services in support of the mission of the Division of Research and Statistics at the Federal Reserve Board. A team of generalists, our practitioners work with application developers to improve a diverse portfolio of products that range from internal facing intranets, public facing data visualizations, collaboration solutions built on the Microsoft platform, and custom applications built to streamline and optimize business processes. Manage 4 full-time employees, 1 part-time employee, 1 full-time contractor. Organizational Development and Learning (OD & L) section at the Board selected our section to take part in a first of its kind pilot called High Performing Teams, which involved a series of facilitated trainings and a Team Performance Inventory (TPI) assessment. Comparing the TPI assessment showed positive increases across five out of six measured domains. Leading with a strategic perspective to decision-making to balance short- and long-term needs. Managing people with vision, empathy, and drive. Creating strategic plans to coalesce teams towards a common vision yielding positive outcomes. Concept-to-delivery initiatives enhanced by my ability to tell an impactful story by blending data with human experiences.
