Whether it’s identifying keyword gaps, analyzing auction insights, or uncovering audience trends, I love finding the \"why\" behind performance shifts and turning those insights into action. Beyond campaign management, I’m passionate about building people and programs. I developed and led a new hire training program that helped team members ramp faster and drive client impact sooner. I also served as project manager for a DEI-focused SMB Open House hiring initiative—bringing together cross-departmental teams to expand candidate pipelines and connect underrepresented early-in-career talent with hiring managers and leadership. The program enabled numerous candidates to join interview loops and directly contributed to 15 new hires. For this work, I was honored with Microsoft’s Gold Club award, recognizing the top 1% of employees for exceptional impact.
