About Megan E. Gentry

I am a project manager, with a talent for managing stakeholders and sensitive situations in the areas of streamlining work methods, compliance and risk management, global system implementations, process improvements, QA, operational finance, third parties, accounts receivable, credit management, customer service, and collections. I fix broken processes and foster business relationships by finding sustainable solutions - not band aids - that ensure not only my success, but also the success of my company and customer/vendor relationships.In my current and previous roles, I\'ve negotiated and collaborated with multiple levels and cross functional teams both domestically and globally including compliance, COE, QA teams, sales, customer service, finance, and IT. This big picture mentality helps me to understand and negotiate solutions that satisfy both internal and external priorities both up and downstream. As the daughter of a naval officer, I learned early about the value of loyalty, honor, perseverance, and that “no dream is unattainable.” My mother and father inspired my passion for seeing a broader view, a work ethic that compels me to take full accountability, follow up, to pay attention to details, and to identify gaps and drive solutions. As a leader, I focus on achieving – and celebrating successful outcomes as a team. Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, live music, cooking, and gardening.
