About Megan Donohue

From government consulting to industrial supplies to investment banking, I have honed skills in project management, people development, communication planning, and change leadership over the last 10 years.A few career highlights: I established a team responsible for planning, budgeting, and executing large infrastructure expansion projects across all distribution centers. These projects allowed warehouse operations to scale in alignment with projected company growth. I implemented a company-wide initiative to support customer demand for material traceability. I developed new processes that impacted both warehouse and sales teams, managed to project milestones, communicated progress to key stakeholders, and measured impact to operations and customers.As an operational manager, I led people in meeting their professional goals for improved work quality and efficiency. While working in government consulting, I specialized in crafting and executing strategic communication plans and writing policy for several Department of Defense programs. I have also worked in corporate communication and public relations for an investment firm, supporting fund managers with interviews for major news outlets. I am a graduate of UCLA’s Anderson School of Business Women’s Leadership Institute and a Kelley School of Business MBA.
