Everyone I talk with is rethinking their work, their employer, their professional goals, and lifestyle needs. People are confused. People don\'t know where to start. I’ve helped them understand that resumes aren’t a curation of job descriptions. LinkedIn Profiles aren’t resumes. They need to be optimized for human and computer eyes. I can help you, too! Like many, people put off networking activities, or responding to recruiter reach outs because resumes aren’t ready. For some, there’s just no time to devote to the task. Prior to starting this business, I worked in HR for 20+ years, working in service and customer-based organizations, including Nordstrom.com, Wyndham Destinations (now Travel + Leisure), and I\'ve done my fair share of talent sourcing, resume screening, and interviewing. I\'ve trained, coached, and mentored hiring managers in how to find the right talent for their teams. I’ve counselled and coached individuals with career pivots and promotions. I know what gets a recruiter or hiring managers attention. With a combination of realism and optimism, I can give insight and solutions that will improve your job search outcomes. I work virtually and help people from all backgrounds and industries.
