   Develop land cover classification tools for planning and analysis. Apply spectral indices and ancillary data filters to remotely sensed multispectral satellite data improve classification accuracy using Python and Random Forest machine learning. Performed comparative analysis of telemetry patterns to assess effects of acoustic deterrent treatments on invasive carp behavior. Previous work included: multivariate analysis in R to investigate environmental conditions surrounding violent events; digitization support for validation and comparison of machine learning delineation of building footprints; and presenting and testing spatial tools to solicit collaborative improvements during training sessions. Moving workflows to cloud computing to expand scope and speed up processing.
