My team is here to work with producers to facilitate initial, open, and new hire benefit enrollments, providing payroll and billing support, and more. Partnering with Colonial Life, where we strive to work with business owners as an extension of their human resources department. We work with owners and hr managers to educate, enroll, and communicate employee benefits. Colonial provides voluntary benefits as well as a multitude of employer services. We create a strong team of specialized role providers to ensure full coverage and continuity for both employers and employees. Our enrollment platform is versatile and flexible to allow our benefit counselors to assist in all levels of benefits from medical and dental to life and disability. We can enroll it all for the client and broker and take paper forms off the table.Our programs provide benefits to employees that give peace of mind for them and their families, but also offer a way for their employer to save on L&I and payroll costs. Through programs like Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, as well as Colonial\'s Accident, Cancer, and other supplemental programs, companies can increase their benefits packages without increasing their costs.Colonial pays cash directly to the employee, in some cases taking the employer out of the loan business. These payments do not coordinate with major medical coverage - they are completely independent. Employees can use the cash to pay bills, buy groceries, supplement their lost income, or stick in a savings account.
