Megan B. Pham is an associate attorney at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP. Megan’s practice covers all aspects of civil litigation defense, with emphasis on matters concerning commercial litigation, professional liability, and labor & employment. Megan earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (now UC Law San Francisco) with a concentration in Health Law & Policy. While in law school, Megan served as President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and Vice-President of the Hastings Health Law Organization. She also was the Executive Production Editor of the Hastings Science and Technology Law Journal and a member of the Moot Court Board. Megan was nationally recognized in 2022 as champion of the Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Moot Court Competition, and recipient of the Dolores K. Hanna Best Brief award. Megan earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley in Legal Studies. She is conversant in Vietnamese.Megan is licensed to practice law in California and has passed the New York Bar Exam.
