As a Scrum Master for loanDepot, I have been lucky enough to work with teams across 3 different ARTs, and a team not on an ART at all. I\'ve learned to WAIT -\"Why am I talking\"- to allow more space for the team to raise concerns and questions. I guided one of my teams to improve their predictability from a constant up and down, to a more even 85-110% consistently. In doing that, the team raised their velocity by an average of 15 story points per sprint with less confusion around priority. I have been the DJ for LACE ceremonies and PI Planning events, as well as the leader of the Fun Squad, making sure the ice breakers and activity breaks are fun, interactive, and varied. I also had the opportunity to attend SAFe RTE training and certification. Since passing that test, I have focused half of my available time on assisting the RTEs across the 3 ARTs. That assistance has included facilitating ART Inspect and Adapt sessions, System Demos, ART Syncs, and also stepping in to keep large meetings moving when the RTE or other host experienced technical difficulties. Outside of my typical SM/RTE duties, I also manage the release process for my primary ART. This includes monitoring CAB requests for creation and approval, confirming timelines and story status, and presenting for multiple teams at CAB approval sessions.
