ABOUT MEGAN BENDINELLI

Family has always been at the core of who I am—personally and professionally—so it’s no surprise my nursing career began in women’s health as a Labor & Delivery nurse. Witnessing families form in their most raw, powerful moments was nothing short of magical. More than 15 years later, I remain deeply committed to caring for women in midlife.I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and certified menopause specialist with over 15+ years of clinical experience spanning family planning, reproductive endocrinology (IUI, IVF, and third-party coordination), obstetrics and gynecology, contraception, fertility care, and peri- and menopausal health. I am now deeply committed to women’s wellness through preventive medicine and longevity-focused care. My work is grounded in evidence-based medicine and refined by real-world clinical experience, guided by one unwavering belief: patients are people first—not problems to be managed.I care for the individual, not just the diagnosis, lab value, or checkbox. My approach is whole-person, research-driven, and deeply empathetic—focused on optimizing health, quality of life, and long-term outcomes through personalized, thoughtful care.I am passionate about advancing women’s health and unapologetic about calling for better—better access, better education, and better listening. I actively teach and mentor clinicians on how our words, actions, and systems profoundly shape patient experiences and outcomes.Every individual deserves autonomy and informed choice in their care. And every woman navigating perimenopause and menopause deserves a knowledgeable provider who takes her symptoms seriously—without dismissal or delay.It is an honor to be invited into patients’ most vulnerable moments.
