   In my role as a Senior Stylist and Assistant Manager at Fancy Schmancy, an upscale boutique specializing in evening wear and couture causal wear, I assist customers with finding an outfit for their upcoming event, assist in occasional social media development, and input new merchandise into inventory. I begin each experience by asking specific and engaging questions to learn what my client is seeking. Then by utilizing my extensive knowledge of Fancy Schmancy\'s inventory, I make recommendations and assist my customers in finding the perfect outfit. By working closely with a customer on a first-name and personal basis, I not only outfit them, I provide a positive shopping experience that cannot be found in department stores. As an Assistant Manager, I oversee fellow staff during shifts and ensure a successful and enjoyable experience for all customers. I follow up with customer complaints and bring the issue to higher management if necessary. In my two years of working at Fancy Schmancy, I have continued to foster excellent customer service skills and have cemented the personal belief that every customer should be a happy customer.
